The front desk staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. The room had a well-stocked mini-bar with water, juice, and snacks. The location is near a metro station (making it convenient for exploring).
The gym had limited equipment. Only one treadmill was available.

The hotel sits close to selva de mar metro station. i could quickly reach the city center. i found a supermarket just around the corner. breakfast was great. I liked the cheese selection.
The room lacked soundproofing. i heard every door close down the hall, it was quite loud. the bathroom door was hard to manage. I almost got stuck. the room's heating was not controllable. I felt too warm sometimes.

The breakfast offered fresh fruits and vegetables I found the room calm clean and well-prepared. Staff members were quite helpful during my business trip. I appreciated that the room was modern and well-planned for convenience.

friendly staff short walk helpful staff
the hotel is close to the beach, a short walk. i found several shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the street outside had a noticeable amount of noise, and it bled into the room. i suggest earplugs for light sleepers.

worn furniture non-functional air conditioning
the location was close to the metro i found that convenient.
the room i got was disappointing the furniture seemed quite old and worn air conditioning barely worked resulting in an uncomfortably warm temperature throughout my stay even after i reported it nothing improved i expected better for the price i paid.
